Heraldry

What is heraldry? 

Heraldry is about showing people who you are, especially across a distance – like a battlefield. In the SCA, we use these for much the same reason – registering devices (this is me) and badges (this is mine) to individuals and households.

Heraldry has its own, unique set of rules and language.
